The colourful billboard window seen from the Gardiner Expressway was commissioned by Concord Adex for Quartz Condominiums Towers in Toronto. The artist photographed blurred car headlights on the highway and collaged these images to create dramatic red, yellow, and blue vertical bands. Gardiner Streams officially launched in 2016.
