Concord Adex commissioned the artist to transform a three-storey window of the Quartz Condominium at Concord CityPlace, which faces onto the Gardiner Expressway. Harvey’s design was inspired by car lights as they move along the highway at night. The resulting artwork is a digitally printed interlayer laminated between glass using Dupont SentryGlas ExpressionsTM technology. The viewers of Gardiner Streams are the drivers themselves as they whiz through the heart of the city.
